- Press or business: Stories, partnerships, collabs.
How fast we reply
- Most emails get a reply within 24 hours.
- On weekends or holidays, it may take up to 48 hours.
- If you do not hear back in 3 days, please send it again. Sometimes emails get lost.
Tips for getting fast help
To help us help you fast, please tell us:
- The email you signed up with.
- What you were doing when the problem started.
- What you expected to happen.
- What actually happened.
- Any error messages you saw (a screenshot works great).
Where we are based
AlphaPost is run from Pakistan by Naveed Ali Shah. We work across time zones, so an email is the best way to reach us.
